We offer our clients with the opportunity and then take them on a journey of change to a healthier lifestyle for a lifetime of health and well-being. The crucial and sometimes sensitive role of our lifestyle and fitness coaches comes into play as they advise and educate on healthier lifestyle choices in various areas including exercise, nutrition and stress management. The ability to motivate is one of the most important traits of our coaches as well as their ability to educate and inspire people to recognise the rewards of good health and to work towards achieving their goals.

Using the range of services below we design a personalised fitness programme to suit the client's current lifestyle and health and wellness needs, taking into consideration the clients goals, abilities and limitations, while eliminating and reducing potential risk and injury. This model is supported by our fitness trainers who by assessing, evaluating and monitoring their clients help to improve their physical and aerobic conditioning. With commitment and participation from the client this approach will guarantee results.

Ejimini strongly believes that EVERY person, whether in a wheelchair; a stroke patient; hypertensive or top athletes; for a better quality of life and improved mobility through muscle strengthening should do a certain amount of physical activity. Our relationship with the BIOKINETICISTS AND PHYSIOTHERAPISTS is on a referral basis; whether the client is referred to them first from the gym or vice versa. This relationship has been a blessing as it supports our philosophy and expands our scope of service and to whom we can offer our services to. Working together we will deal mostly with corrective care providing individuals with a one-on-one comprehensive fitness assessment as well as a customised prescription for exercise.

Is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics. Ejimini's Circuit Training has been strategically set up and designed using strength equipment and a step in the middle of the floor to work each section of the body individually. It targets strength building and muscular endurance while it burns calories. The time between exercises is traditionally short with an interval of 30 seconds in between each exercise and/or equipment. Circuit Training at Ejimini is filtered into our Group Training Exercises and our members very much enjoy it taking part as a group.
